The Divine Matriarch is a 3-part experience that walks you through the process of embodying the The Divine Mother within- the version of you who feels safe, at peace, loved, held, confident and inspired to thrive and enjoy all that life has to offer on a daily basis.  ​

 

 You are given a safe container, guidance, love, support and exercises to heal your inner masculine (masculine/father wounding) and your inner feminine (feminine/mother wounding).  With these energies realigned and balanced, you are then able to re-parent your inner child, and restore to heart of the Divine child in you.

 

When the child in you feels safe, loved, protected and trusts that care and provision will always be provided, that child will give you the keys to your kingdom.

These keys open the door to your heart, where you receive your crown and become the Divine Matriarch. 

 

If you often find yourself living in survival mode, feeling fatigued and overwhelmed with life, not experiencing harmony in your relationships and struggling to feel joy and peace in life and/or motherhood, I welcome you to join me on a discovery call to see if The Divine Matriarch is for you.  

 

In the first 4 weeks you will begin by working with your "inner masculine" which involves reprogramming limiting beliefs in the mind.

Next you'll shift into the "inner feminine" for the next 4 weeks by doing somatic work to learn how to shift your emotional state of being and experience less stress, anxiety and overwhelm. 

Once you have completed both the masculine and feminine sections, you are welcome to start working with your inner child for the third and last part of the program.  This section lasts for 4-5 weeks, depending on what feels best for you.

 

Each part consists of 4 modules, and each module gives you a write-up to read and an exercise to do.  You also are given access to join a weekly coaching call with others who are going through the program.

Once all 3 sections are complete, you are welcome to join me in your “Crowning Ceremony,” as you complete your embodiment of The Divine Matriarch.
